Ultima for MS-DOS using the tile set of Ultima: Exodus.

The Ultima I Tile Converter is a program I wrote in FreeBASIC that can import and export tiled graphics in the DOS port of Ultima. It exports the CGA, EGA, and Tandy 1000 tile sets of Fight, Mond, Space, Tiles, and Town into bitmaps. From there, the user can edit those bitmaps any way they like, and then use the program to import them back into the game. With it, you can reskin all of the tiled graphics of the game.
