IconsExtract
IconsExtract is a program developed by NirSoft and first released in 2003 which extracts icons and cursors which are embedded in Windows programs. You can search for files individually or from an entire folder. The only downside is that it doesn't work on 16-bit Windows programs. The program uses a very unobtrusive form of nagware, asking only for donations on the developer's web site.
