I first heard this album in the early 2000s on a weekend trip to East Lansing. My friend Dave was driving us to East Lansing to see our mutual friend Eric who was attending school at MSU. I remember thinking the cover art was pretty cool, but I didn't absorb any of the songs. Around 2006 or so, I started becoming more interested in the band after I got more into the band, I bought the album. It has since become my favorite album by the band, just barely more than their self-titled debut.
