Deffinition:
A Punch Dagger, also refered to as a Katar[1], is a handle that is connected at both ends to bars that run across the knuckes and have a blade attatched to them pointing away from the hand. A good visualization would be to put a blade on the knuckles of a set of brass knuckles.
