Overall, I found the book to be generally entertaining, but not that great. The book has a lot of jokes, but a large portion of them don't resonate with me, and I can only be interested in addiction and mental illness for so long. I was disappointed in the male sex to hear how many of them felt the desire to explain to Carrie how frequently they masturbated to pictures of her.
