WinDirStat is a drive utilization analyzer for Windows which displays a block graph of how a drive is being utilized. The graph allows you to quickly determine how much space various folders are taking up relative to others. File types are color-coded by category, so you can also see which files are the most prevalent. In addition to letting you visualize your disk usage, WinDirStat also gives you shortcuts for deleting files, opening the file explorer to the file, and a couple other options.
A co-worker of mine told me about this program in the 2000s and I occasionally run it on my drives to get a general idea of how my storage space is being utilized, and find large files that are no longer needed. The program hasn't been updated in years, but it still works well.
