Wanting to add more titles to my list of beaten games for the Game Gear, I choose this one because I assumed it would be a fairly easy victory. I beat it on my first attempt.

Best Version: Game Gear
Good
- It's a passable rendition of Wheel of Fortune for a portable console.
- You can play any combination of 3 human or 3 CPU players. So, if you want to watch the CPU beat itself, you can.
Bad
- Since it's just the bare bones TV show as it was in the 1980s, the game just isn't that much fun. It's not much more than competitive hangman.
- There are no difficulty settings for the AI. So, if you're too good or too bad at the game, it won't be much fun. I am by no means a Wheel of Fortune expert, but I still won the majority of rounds, so I can only imagine how easy the game is skilled players.
- Probably for legal reasons, the game doesn't mention Pat Sajak.
- The music has the game show theme, but it's still pretty weak.
- The ending is underwhelming.
- The letter entry doesn't roll around on the edges which slows down selection.
- The computer randomly selects its contestant graphics first making them unavailable for the human players.
Ugly
- The game is very slow paced. For most of the game, you're waiting either for the wheel to spin, your opponents to take their turn, your character to offer dull animations, or Vanna White to amble across the screen.
- The art is quite poor. The characters are ugly, the wheel looks more like a roulette wheel, and the studio is all wrong.
