Masao Shiroto (白戸 政男) is a Japanese artist best known for his work in video games. He first worked at Technos in the late 1980s where he helped design the art style of two of the companies best franchises, the Double Dragon series and the Kunio-kun series. Shiroto worked on over a dozen games until Technos went bankrupt in 1996, then he went on to work at Avit, which itself went out of business around 2000. Although he primarily worked on art design, near the end of his career in video games, Shiroto occasionally worked on game planning as well.
