I didn't hear Liz Phair's music until after she became more popular with her self-titled album ''[[Liz Phair (album)|Liz Pahir]]'' blew up in 2003. While many of her earlier fans accused her of selling out, and I can understand why considering the huge shift toward pop, I never had any expectations of her. I'm sure I wasn't much impressed by her music when the album first came out, but, around that time, I started forcing myself to expand my musical taste, so I'm sure I listened to a fair amount of her music before finally buying her self-titled album in 2007. I like a handful of songs from Liz's earlier albums, but I mostly like her pop rock music, but it has such a low production value and is so technically limited, I can't get into it very much. I do love how blunt Liz is with her lyrics and themes, and I also find her very sexy.

Liz Phair performing in 2019.

Elizabeth Clark Phair (1967-04-17) is an American singer-songwriter best known for her brutally honest songs about sex and relationships. Her earliest music from 1990 is often described as lo-fi because it has so little production, but she slowly drifted into indie rock and even pop rock in the early 2000s.

I didn't hear Liz Phair's music until after she became more popular with her self-titled album Liz Pahir blew up in 2003. I do love how blunt Liz is with her lyrics and themes, and I also find her very sexy, especially her upper lip.
