My family owned this album and I can remember listening to it as a child in the late 1980s, but I haven't heard it since. This was my first encounter with each of the three stories.

Album cover.

Charles Dickens: A Christmas Carol is a record published by Peter Pan Records. It contains a studio recording of a group called the Peter Pan Players and Chorus performing a rendition of A Christmas Carol, The Fir-Tree, and The Little Match Girl. Although the album doesn't have a copyright date, it is estimated to be published in the early 1970s based on its catalog number (8110).

The cover of the album could be punched out and bent away from the album cover to be stood up as a holiday decoration, though it was just blank cardboard on the other side.

My family owned this album and I can remember listening to it as a child in the late 1980s, but I haven't heard it since. This was my first encounter with each of the three stories.
