Category:Monochrome Graphics
Software in this category is monochromatic (1-bit), or supports monochromatic displays. Monochromatic graphics were used by most early computer and video game systems across various resolutions, including the Hercules Graphics Adapter and IBM Monochrome Display Adapter. While the monochromatic color was usually black and white, CRTs with color sprayed on them were often employed to simulate a different color. The most common monitors were black and white, green and white, or amber and white.
