An Evening Wasted with Tom Lehrer is a first live album by satirist Tom Lehrer. The album was recorded on March 20–21, 1959 in Sanders Theater at Harvard University and published later that year. In addition to general comedy, the songs also poke fun at various hot topics of the time.

Personal
I the 2000s, I found a YouTube video of The Elements playing along a cartoon of the periodic table. It may have been while I was searching for the more intricate videos from The Animaniacs. After enjoying it greatly, I sought out more music from Lehrer, and found this album. Even though I didn't know most of the minor historic events that his songs were based on, I still found them hilarious.
Status
I don't own this album.
