Advanced Gravis Computer Technology
Advanced Gravis Computer Technology was a Canadian company headquartered in British Columbia which produced computer and video game peripherals, particularly controllers and sound cards. It was founded in 1982 as a joystick company to sell a new joystick the founders had been prototyping for the past few years. The company saw moderate success and was purchased and merged with Kensington Computer Products Group at the end of 1997. The Gravis brand name continued to be used for new controllers until around 2002 before Kensington ceased using it.
