Game

Ultima 6 was the first Ultima to be primarily released on the PC instead of the Apple. Although the game made use of the amazing Roland MT-32 synthesizer, most people at the time were still stuck on the Adlib cards, or even the dreaded PC speaker. Until I am able to properly record the music on a Roland MT-32, I will only distribute the ripped music. These music files store the adlib tracked music in a custom format created by OSI.

Music

The ofically released soundtrack shown below, published by OSI, is not a full game soundtrack. It contains 7 of the 12 tracks as well as many tracks from several other Origin games. The tracks are nicely rendered from a Roland MT-32 synthesizer.

Ripping

Ultima VI's music files are located in the installed folder with an M extension.
