Reviews
Game
Ultima 3 was ported to practically every game system imaginable, but the NES port was quite a bit better in the multimedia department than most others. It features better graphics, better music, and smoother gameplay. They also dropped the number, and just used the subtitle of Exodus. Overall it was a solid PRG for its time. It has its share of flaws as well. Most of the game is spent killing enemies for gold to raise stats, and the cryptic messages the NPCs give you are rather useless for beating the game.
Music
Ultima Exodus' music is actually really good. It was composed by Tsugutoshi Goto which is rather surprising considering the fact that he usually works in more professional areas than videogames. Most of the tracks are very melodic and mysterious sounding. An arranged album was made as well which has the track names and also features two songs with vocals done by Noriko Hidaka. One of the tracks isn't played in the game anywhere and is also not on the album. If anyone has any information on the unknown track please contact us.
Ripping
Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
