Game

SIM Town is often called SIM City for kids. You get to build up a town in a large are of land, but all of the micromanagement has been simplified into a basic form. Instead of dealing with power plants, pollutions, and police coverage you merely have to make sure that your town has enough crops, water, and trees. The game uses more cartoon graphics and features a higher amount of animation than previous SIM games. Kids enjoy building up their town without having to wonder about population density and housing costs, but adults may find the lack of challenge rather dull.

Music

SIM Town only has three songs for background music, but each one is unique. There isn't anything special about them, they offer a nice background noise to the game, but those nostalgic fans will appreciate them.

Ripping

The type 1 MIDI files exist in the main installed path and were recorded using Winamp.
