Game

Like most games that are created to capitalize on a movie, RoboCop is terrible. Player movement is awful, making it a chore to do trivial things like descend a staircase. It's a platform game and you can't even jump. Blocking is done via the select button of all things, making blocking impossible to do quickly enough to be useful. Overall, the controls pretty much make the game impossible to play. The enemies are extremely patterned and dull. The graphics are bland and the backgrounds are terrible to look at. To top it all off, the story is very two-dimensional and has little to do with the movie.

Music

The game's music is okay compared to other games of the time, but nothing special. None of the tracks really stick out as impressive, and the same music is used for every single action stage.

Ripping

Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
