Game
This game, like its predecessor, is a cute little frog jumping game where you try to maneuver the frog across the lily pads to the water lily at the other end. It's very basic in it's premise, but it's really meant to be about Russian political reform; no joke. The frog represents a democrat and the fly monsters are actually bureaucrats. You try to collect bonuses, but stay away from taxes. Amazing.
Music
Perestroika uses only a single MIDI music track, but that's really all that's needed. The track is long enough so that you don't quickly become bored with it, but nothing special to listen to.

The game's music file is a type 0 MIDI located in the root directory. It was recorded to Vorbis via Winamp.
