Reviews
Game
In the sequel to the first Mega Man, you continue to play Rock who must bust up Dr. Wily's evil robots in the traditional action platformer sort of way. This is one of the easiest Mega Mans in the series, but also one of the most enjoyable games. It's also the first standard Mega Man with regard to eight enemy robots, no score, empty boss corridors, and proper power-up icons.
Music
The music in Mega Man II is often regarded as the best for the entire platform. Specifically, the music for Bubble Man and Dr. Wily Stages 1 & 2 are favorited by many retro gamers. The music covers a broad range of timbres and tempos to fit the robot domain they belong to and all of the music is very catchy.
Ripping
Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
