Reviews
Game
Lords of Magic is a strategy magic battle game that seems to be an attempt to reinvent the classic game Master of Magic. You pick a class, pick one of the eight elements of magic to excel at, and then build up an army while managing your cities to pump out new units and learn new spells. While the game has its good points, it doesn't really live up to its predecessors. The game could have used a lot of polish, or maybe another month or two in development. Overall it seems like a rushed product.
Music
Keith Zizza did a great job with the music. There is an apropos theme for each of the individual elements and then several tracks for the outcome of battles. Each track is nicely orchestrated and epic sounding. Though the quality of music is good, it would have been nice if there was more of it.
Ripping
The music is easily ripped from the ./Wav/Music folder off from the installed path. The titles are mostly the same as they appear in the game.
