Game
Kung Fu was one of the earliest fighting games. It's very primitive allowing for only a few moves and enemies, but it did have all the traditional elements of a scrolling fighter like interesting bosses and different stages. The story is typical, your girlfriend Sylvia has been kidnapped by the sinister Mr. X and you must fight your way to the top of a pagoda to rescue her. Due to it's primitive level the game is very short, you either die really quickly or beat the game really quickly. Not much replay value exists and the game can be memorized after only a few plays through.
Music
This game was released before impressive soundtracks were common for the NES. There are only a few short tunes that serve as a soundtrack. There is even one track in the ROM that doesn't seem to be used in the game, which is interesting considering the game's already tiny soundtrack. The game lacks credits, so the composer remains unknown.
Ripping
Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
