Game

Icarus is an isometric combat RPG in the same vein as Final Fantasy Tactics, but no where near as good. The graphics and game play are very poor compared to other games released around the same time. Most of the game is generic; the weapons and items are cookie-cutter, and there is little sense of excitement throughout the entire game.

Music

Junky game aside, Icarus has a great soundtrack. The soundtrack was actually released on a separate disc bundled with the game, which was pointless because the game disc had all the tracks as CD audio that was playable in a CD player anyway. The soundtrack and game credits are devoid of any track titles or artist information.

Ripping

The soundtrack is CD audio on the game disc. It was ripped using CDEX.
