Reviews
Game
Bionic Commando is a pseudo-sequel to the game Commando. You control Radd and his bionic arm as he swings and shoots his way through the enemy areas trying to rescue Super Joe and save the world from the Badds (or in the Japanese version, the Nazi's). The game was very underrated because the sharp learning curve for the controls, but once you get past that, the game is very exciting.
Music
The soundtrack is one of the best for the NES, but often looked over due to the obscurity of the game. Of the several tracks, some of them show exceptional use of the NES audio chip. Most of the music is catchy and easy to hum to. Some of the sound effects of Bionic Commando would later be used in Code Name: Viper.
Ripping
Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
