Game

Even though the NES port of Batman has almost nothing to do with the Batman franchise, it's still a top-notch game. The graphics are great, the music is wonderful, and the game play, although very difficult, is lots of fun. SunSoft broke with the typical tradition of making crappy movie tie-in games, and actually put together something really special. While most players will become too frustrated with the insanely difficult jumps of the later stages, it's worth it to see the very anti-heroic ending.

Music

The music in Batman is very good. Like most SunSoft games, the percussion is spectacular. The music for stage 4 really stands out. However, like most of the game's content the music has nothing to do with any past Batman franchise music.

Ripping

Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
