Vinyl Goddess From Mars MUS (*.vgfm)
 Description
Note: The VGFM format is unique to the game Vinyl Goddess From Mars. Although the game uses the extension MUS on its music files, to prevent coonfusion with other MUS formats, we're giving it the extension VGFM.
The format uses MIDI notation for it's music, but features a custom header, and is only meant to be played on an OPL2 chip (similar to CMF. However, unlike CMF, the instrument definitions are kept in an external file.
Some work has already been done on reverse engineering this format by Malvineous. You can see his work in the Modding Wiki.
Also, there is a program that can convert VGFM music into CMF files here.
