Often time the Baptist sect of Christianity is ridiculed for being too segregated from other religions. However, one church nearby is obviously not. As you
can see from their church sign they are very tolerant of Hindus. You can see more funny church signs
here.
I came so close to clearing BRE"K DOWN on heavy last night, there were only a few steps left. My goal is to beat it today.
My DVD burner came in today. It's totally bootylicious. I haven't installed it yet, but it looks pretty.
I'd like to send out a special thanks to Carly Patterson and Paul Hamm, not for doing well in the Olympics, but for increasing my hit count so much. Their
names have jumped to the top ten of the most common searched for words on my web page along with "nude" and "pictures". I almost feel bad for all the perverts
who spend all their late nights searching for Olympics porn only to find my site, which is totally devoid of NUDE PICTURES OF CARLY PATTERSON. Okay, I admit,
now I'm just doing this to mess with their minds.

There was a cool electrical storm on Friday night. It wasn't where I live, but it was close enough to see in the horizon. I sat on the hood of my car in an
empty parking lot and ate ice cream as I watched it.
My Rilo Kiley album, arrived on Saturday. More depressingly cheery songs to sing-a-long to. Shoo-bop-shoo-bop my baby.
On Sunday, I picked up a new pair of jeans, a shirt, and a cool burgundy hoody. I haven't owned a hoody in like 10 years, so I had to take it out on a walk
just to try it out, it's very spiffy.
The Olympics are over and the USA leads in the medals as usual. The USA ends with 103, followed closely by Russia with 92, and then China with 63. Just
another reason for everyone to hate the USA!
The MTV Video Music Awards were on last night. I started watching them, but quickly remembered why I'm disgusted at what MTV and the music industry stands
for and turned it off.
It looks like XM radio has been partially cracked. A guy has wrote a program to record the music off the
satellite feed on to your computer. Needless to say XM and the RIAA aren't too thrilled.

USA takes gold in women's soccer! Hey, the USA is actually doing good at -the- international sport. Shawn Crawford, Bernard Williams, and Justin Gatlin all
from the USA dominated the men's 200m run by taking gold, silver, and bronze. Dwight Phillips (USA) took gold in the men's long jump and John Moffitt (USA) took
silver. Also, Russia (60) surpassed China (54) for second place in total medals. USA (84) is still first.
This is the first weekend since the beginning of summer where I don't really have that much to do. Well, not yet any way. It's kind of refreshing, but I'm
sure something will come up.

Before I go out and buy a second generation computer for my new web server, is there anyone out there who has a mediocre computer they're trying to get rid
of? I'm currently looking at an Athlon XP 2100+, 128MB mem, 20GB HD for $100. If you can beat that deal please email me. I don't need any perriphirals like
keyboard, mouse, or monitor, just the PC. I'll pay for shipping as well.
Last night, I went down to Clarkston and hung out with David O. We did some boffering and
Mongolian Wrestling so we
could feel all manly.
Yesterday, Allyson Felix (USA) took silver in the women's 200m running. Susan Williams (USA) grabbed a bronze in the women's triathlon. The USA is now 24
medals ahead of China.
I had this really bizarre dream last night where I was dead and in my own personal hell. There was a devil disguised as my brother who kept tormenting me.
The dream ended in a very disturbing morbid way of me electrocuting myself at a hydroelectric powerplant and burning down to bones. Not a very happy ending, but
in the dream I was happy that I had left my own prison. I'll try to get a more detailed verson soon.
And no one cares that you love Keanu, what's the difference anyway everybody knows that he's gay, okay, I really don't know that, but let's face it, he's too hot to be straight

I picked up a few new songs in DDR last night including PARANOiA Clean Mix on heavy. I'm going to try to get a heavy 9 before the end of the month.
Kerri Walsh and Misty May of the USA took gold in women's beach volleyball last night and Joanna Hayes took gold in the women's 100m hurdles. The USA's medal
count is now up to 73.
My guru's were asked a strange question which they have answered with great accuracy.
I was given the go ahead at work that I can have my own sever online, all I need to do is come up with the computer. Sweet! Soon I'll have all the cool stuff
that I can't get on the work server like PHP, SQL, and game hosting!
There are five new Zen images as well.

I hate censorship. Especially when they alter the original in order to make it more socially acceptable.
In the men's 400m run, Jeremy Wariner (USA) took gold, Otis Harris (USA) took silver, and Derrick Brew (USA) took bronze. Paul Hamm (USA) on high bar took
silver and Carly Patterson (USA) on beam took silver as well. In women's soccer USA beat Germany and is now in the finals.
Tonight I'm going to play some more DDR. Oh yeah, it never gets old.
It feels just like I'm falling for the first time
Feeling: Flirty

I should really learn to stop being surprised at this, but ever since I've posted the names of the Olympic winners I've received tons of hits of people
wanting to see Carly Patterson or Paul Hamm nude. You people are sick. Well, perhaps Carly nude... No! She's 16 you perverts! The USA is leading the pack with
65 medals, then China (49), and Russia (39).
My weekend rocked. I spent it at the Montrose Blueberry festival, which apparently has something to do with blueberries, but I didn't notice because there
was boffering and pretty girls. It's hard to concentrate when those two things are around.
I picked up a new watch over the weekend. It has a spiffy red face.
I've been playing around with this really cool fractal landscape generator. You can see what it's all about by viewing its
homepage. Fractal landscapes have always interested me, and it's nice to see a generator that is so easy to
use, but at the same time, so powerful.

Cleared a few new songs in DDR, more 7's and 8's. I'm now at the level where I can pretty much beat any 7 footer in heavy without trying very hard.
The USA kicked serious butt last night at the Olympics. Amanda Beard took gold in the women's 400m breaststroke, Aaron Peirsol took gold in the men's 400m
backstroke, Micheal Phelps took gold in both the men's 400m freestyle and the 200m breaststroke. But the highlight of the night was Carly Patterson taking
the gold in the individual women's gymnastics. The USA now has 36 medals!
Also, good news for Rilo Kiley fans! They have switched venues, and are still playing in Michigan. Now they're playing in Detroit at the Magic Stick on
October 2nd. I'll be seeing them after all.

I cleared a few new DDR songs last night, 7 and 8 footers on heavy. Still can't clear a 9 footer in heavy yet.
At the Olympics last night, USA took the gold in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay and also set a new world record. The men's all around gymnastics last
night was very exciting. The USA's Paul Hamm, gold hopeful, ended up falling completely off the matt in the vault dropping him to 12th place with only two
remaining events. Yet, out of some miracle, he was able to nail his remaining events and still get the gold!

Okay, so I went to several music stores yesterday, and after much disappointment I finally still don't have the album. This sucks. Fate, why must you mock
me? So I guess I'll just order it now and have to wait a few days. Life's not fair.
I watched some of the Olympics last night. In men's swimming relay USA took gold beating out the favored Australian team, and in women's team gymnastics USA
took silver, just shy of Romania who did superb.
I had a dream last night that I was in a firework store and that it started to explode and I helped people get out. I don't know why, but it was interesting.
Just when you thought that we knew of all the objects in our solar system, NASA discovers two

Also, I've added/updated some new entries to the pointless database and gave it a minor layout change.

Rilo Kiley's new album, More Adventurous, is out today! I need to pick it up at the mall on my way to play DDR.
Major bummer though, RK cancelled the Michigan show. However, they might be playing The Magic Stick as was originally reported. I really want to see them
darn it!
Do you like a good laugh at the expense of criminals? Take a look at 419 Eater. It's a site about people who like

The concert last night was awesome! You can read all about it here.
Happy Friday the 13th to all, or maybe unhappy if your one of the suffers of paraskevidekatriaphobia. As a special Friday the 13th entry, I'm finally
posting my Halloween page. It's called All Things Halloween. For the time being it does not contain all things Halloween,
but given enough time, I'm sure it will.
I've added some more music lyrics to my archive, 1,500 and counting.

2004/08/12
I had to wake up an hour and a half early this morning, which I'm not entirely thrilled about, but it was necessary in order to get out of work in time for
the concert. Such tribulations I must endure.
Many more successes in DDR last night including Burnin' the Floor (Momo Mix), Drop the Bomb (System S.F. Mix), Hyper Eurobeat, I'm gonna get you, and Jet
World all on heavy, also Sakura on standard.
I hate it when people mispronounce the beginning i in Italian. It's Italian like 'inch' not Italian like 'I'm an moron". Get it right!
My watch battery died last night. Now comes the ultimate question of replacing the battery, or just buying a new watch.

Tomorrow I'm going to see The Barenaked Ladies and Alanis Morissette in concert on their Au Naturale tour! It'll be my first time seeing either which is
pretty cool.
I cleared PARANOiA Survivor Max on standard last night as well as a few other new songs. Kudos for me.
My gurus have gone and answered another question. Act like you care.
Feel like making your own postage stamps? Now you can! Wouldn't you just love to see TheAlmightyGuru's face on
your next letter?
My Halloween site is just about ready to go online. It still has a lot of empty pages and I want at least half of them to have content before posting it.
Well, I'm off to play some DDR. Until tomorrow.

Friday night I went to East Lansing to the Fortress with Dave O. We played some Magic, and I also found that there is a Pinball Pete's nearby, so I was
forced to play DDR. Saturday, we went to the Shiabruck's festival and boffered all day long, and then again on Sunday. I'm quite sore and sunburned. Good
times.
I've got my tickets to Rilo Kiley ordered. As soon as I get them I'll begin celebrating. Also, only one more week until their new album comes out.
I've did a lot of work on the pointless database. There is now at least one entry for every letter of the alphabet and
a current total of 130 entries.
Updates will appear later

Shiabruck's Faire this weekend. Lots of boffering! Get to kill lots of people multiple times. Fun.
I've added some new images into the Harry Potter movie section.
I also went and zipped up certain files that weren't able to be seen because of the evil that is IIS. So you should now be able to properly download all Ogg
files and various other files that shouldn't need to be compressed, but because IIS sucks, they do.
Played some more DDR last night. Passed a few new songs, nothing too impressive. I also cleaned up my apartment a bit because Kimberly is coming over today.
I'm still working on my Halloween page. As of right now I just have a skeleton structure (get it? skeleton!) and it needs a lot of content to fill the gaps.

Well, it happened sooner than I expected, I beat my first 9-footer in DDR last night! The Legend of MAX on standard. Granted it's a standard 9 and not a heavy 9, but it's a
9 all the same which is room for celebration. This puts my average to 1 foot of difficulty every 18.22 days.
I've added some new music files to the Bionic Commando Database. They're in Ogg Vorbis format to replace
the old emulator WAV logs which weren't that great. I only have the music for now, but I'll get all the sounds eventually.
I created my very first Shockwave Flash movie! Yeah, it sucks, but it's a start. With a little work I'll have plenty of cool stuff.
We are the ones who are gonna last forever

I've added the review and pictures of this year's Silverleaf Faire. and the July posts have been pushed to the
old news page.
Dean will be playing DDR today. It is imperative that Dean beats a 9 footer this month. I have faith in Dean, I know he can do it. Dean likes to talk about
himself in third person because it makes him feel cool.
Here's an pathetic sign. Anyone want to buy any bokays? What's a bokay? Is that anything like a bouquet? No wonder

The Silverleaf Faire is over, and the end of the world didn't happen. That's a good sign. I met several fun new people this year which, to me, is what the
faire is all about. I'm looking forward to the upcoming faires throughout the rest of the summer. Also, I had a camera for the last weekend, so I'll be able to
get some pictures up as soon as I take the time. It seems I had quite a fan following because I spent most of the faire topless. My ego grew more than I thought
possible.
I picked up two new DVDs, Garfield As Himself and Bedazzled. I also picked up Permission to Land, The Darkness' album, to replace my burned copy that I gave
to a cute waitress who hadn't yet heard their album.
I'm currently working on my next major site about Halloween. I should have it posted sometime this week.
