It's New Year's Eve, I'm in Grand Blanc I'm the only living person in Grand Blanc |

Here's a picture of the chainmail bracelet I made last weekend. It's using a 4 in 1 spiral pattern. It's not that great,
but I think it's cool.
Okay, today is supposed to be Snow Day, but seeing how it's over 40 degrees and all the snow has melted, I don't think it'll work. Maybe I should move it
to mid January. Michigan weather just doesn't cooperate.
Anyway, I'll talk to you all next year. Ha ha ha!

| Your lips move, but I can't hear what you're sayin' |
Feeling: Sick |
2003/12/30 |
I'm feeling better. I should be clear of all sickness by Thursday or Friday at the latest.
I went bowling with Paula, Dave, and Nick last night. Out of three games, I only broke 100 once. I suck.
The Art Page has a new graphic piece aptly titled Hard on the Eyes.
The gurus answered another question. This one was posed by a family member, GAH!
Tomorrow is Snow Day (a Guru holiday), but I doubt it'll be a good one. It's awfully cold and there isn't much snow yet. I might have to move it to
another day, we'll see.

Feeling: Sick |
2003/12/29 |
It was bound to happen. After being around sick people for the past two weeks, I eventually caught a cold. However, I don't feel like being sick, so it's
just going to have to go away.
New graphic art called 'Blue Disc' added to the Art Page and cleaned out a few old pieces that I didn't like.
I've also added a new page which includes several random facts about TheAlmightyGuru.
I made a spiral chainmail bracelet over the weekend. I'll try to get a picture up tomorrow.

That's right, back to work you lazy bums! National Greed Day is officially over! No more Santa worshipping!
The time off was cool. I spent the majority of Christmas Eve cleaning my old apartment. All I can say is that I'd better get my deposit back after all the
work I put into that place!
Christmas Day I went to my parent's and did the whole gift thing, then I went to my father's, and eventually I made it home alive.
The two memorable things I got this year include "The Last of the Mohicans" soundtrack and "Pink Floyd: The Wall". Two very good albums.
I started work on a chainmail choker on Tuesday night and it's coming along nicely. I'm using a 4-1 European pattern. It looks pretty. I can't wait to try
it out. Wink-wink, nudge-nudge, say no more.
And more good news, the gurus have answered another question!
I also removed the featured link because I rarely ever changed it.

| But we decide which is right and which is an illusion |
Feeling: Cold |
2003/12/23 |

Two days until Christmas. I must say, that I like Christmas a lot more when I don't have to worry about buying presents for anyone.
My creative spirit is itching to do something, but I am at a serious lack of motivation. I just can't think of anything that I want to do. Ugh, I need an
authoritative figure to smack me into shape. It's amazing how much more I finished in school because I "had to" as opposed to "wanted to". Now I only have to
do things that I want to, and nothing gets done.
I've added a Spyware Removal section to the Links Page. I only listed free programs, I'm a firm believer in not paying
for stuff that you can get free.
I also redesigned the Games section to use style sheets, but it still looks the same.

Feeling: Blah |
2003/12/22 |
Today (or yesterday depending on where you live) is the winter solstice. It's the shortest day of the year and marks the beginning of winter. The days are
only getting longer now, although it will still be getting colder for quite awhile.
Friday I watched "Return of the King" again in full garb with several others. It was a blast. On Saturday I spent time with Shiabruck and was even in their winter
parade in Perry, MI. It was a bit cold, but I still had a great time. Sunday I went to my large family Christmas party which involved me taking home a giant cookie,
so it was fun.
I'm running out of time to clean out my old apartment. I really don't want to, but if I want to get my deposit back it's a necessary evil.
|
|
| And the world turning inside out, yeah |
Feeling: Dreamy |
2003/12/19 |
I want a girlfriend... But they're so expensive, I think I'll wait until after Christmas to get one, that way it'll be cheaper. I'm so romantic.
I put some more work into the Ghostbusters Page added an overview, some new media, and some more links.
Also, the guru's have answered another question about old superstitions.
I'm on my way to Grand Rapids tonight to go see Return of the King with some friends. We'll be in full garb, and look really silly. We're cool.

Return of the King was awesome, a very good movie, and I'll be seeing it again on Friday. I'd have to say that my favorite of the three was the Two Towers,
but that is subject to change as time goes on.
Do you know what bugs me? People who have an online profile, but don't offer a way to contact them. This means that the only people who can contact them are
the people they already know, who wouldn't need the profile. So what's the point?
I started creation of a Ghostbusters Page which is coming along nicely. It's a bit empty, but the structure
is there.

| Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name |
Feeling: Excited |
2003/12/17 |
Today! Return! Aragorn! King! Out! Theater! Must go! Rings! Now! Lord! Yay!
So it's heavily snowing right now, and the roads are terribly unsafe. Not like that matters. Return of the King is out today so I'm going anyway!
Okay, I've added some more pointless data! I now have the complete list of HTML Color words (and the crowd goes
wild).
There is some more information on the Loom page as well.

RETURN OF THE KING COMES OUT TOMORROW!
Geek, nerds, and dorks unite! Let us all come together in harmony to watch the masterpiece that is, Lord of the Rings! w00t!
In other news, I've added a new poem titled There's Something You Should Know, which I wrote
at the beginning of the month, but just got around to posting.
Also, there is another Swords of Glass Page on the Internet! Cool beans.

|
| Gah! I'm repeating myself! |

I'm working on a new game which doesn't have a name yet, it also doesn't it have a plot, but it looks cool already. The only thing I know for certain is that
it's a puzzle game involving elements of magic.
The December revel was great, I had lots of fun with lots of great people.
I have to buy some stuff for my apartment tonight including a bathroom rug, some extension cords, and something I'm forgetting... I also need to get new
wiper blades for my car.
I've also added fifty new lyrics to my Lyrics Archive.

Feeling: Excited |
2003/12/12 |
I did some work on the Ultima Page. I added some more pictures of Lord British (I'm now up to 50), updated some
links, and cleaned up a few entries.
Shiabruck's December revel is tomorrow and I'm looking forward to seeing all those familiar faces again.

| Silence, pawn of subservience! |
Feeling: Bored |
2003/12/11 |
My apartment is slowly becoming livable. I have most of the big stuff placed properly, and now it's just fine tuning.
I've added a new shrine dedicated to the 1989 computer game Loom. I have many fond memories with this game, so now it
get immortalized with my site.

| Surrender to the city of the fireflies |
Feeling: Annoyed |
2003/12/10 |
I hate hate hate PDF format. Adobe is evil! Acrobat sucks!
I watched "I Want A Dog For Christmas, Charlie Brown!" last night. I love peanuts cartoons, they really put you in a cheerful mood.
I finally got around to updating the Unusual City Names Page.

|
| The work's never done, there's always something new |
Feeling: Overwhelmed |
2003/12/09 |
I moved even more stuff last night. I'm almost done, but I have to put it all in it's place in my new apartment. I still have to clean my old place as well.
Moving sucks!
I'm supposed to have my phone connected today, so hopefully I be emailing once more.
I have a reoccurring theme in my dreams which involves shopping malls that don't really exist in reality. They are usually a conglomeration of several malls
that do exist all bundled together with people and stores that I haven't seen in years. But I never shop at the malls, I only explore them. That's what I like
the most about malls. They're like miniature expeditions every time you go.
I've posted a rather humorous document about the temperature scale in Michigan versus other states.

|
| Take heart my friend we love you |
Feeling: Injured |
2003/12/08 |
I twisted my knee while moving stuff yesterday. Twice. Wah!
I'm almost done moving into my new place, only a few more minor things. I stayed the night there last night for the first time. There are a few things I
don't like about the place, but for the most part I prefer it. I feel that it fits me better, It doesn't seem as empty. I'll post some pictures of my new flat
as soon as I get everything settled in.
I'm in the process of switching my phone over so my emails are going to be a bit staggered for awhile.
I drew a new "thing" and placed it on the Art Page.

| Money have I none |
Feeling: Nondescript |
2003/12/05 |
So I now own a three bedroom apartment -and- a two bedroom apartment, and it's just me living in both. What a waste. The leasing went smoothly and I can
start moving in any time, but I'll probably drag it out and do it last minute.
A new question has been answered by the gurus.
I played Genocide all the way through last night and got a high score of 41,199. At least now I know it can be
beaten. Did anyone else beat it?
|
|
| Ok, just a little pinprick, there'll be no more AAAAAH! |
Feeling: Lonely |
2003/12/04 |
I will be officially "moved in" to my new apartment tomorrow morning, but I probably won't start moving stuff into it for awhile though.
Genocide is now online. Check it out, play it, tell me what you think. You will definitely need a modern browser
to play it properly.

|
| I've got ideas but it's nothing I picked up at school |
Feeling: Okay |
2003/12/03 |
Only a mere two days until I'm allowed to move into my new place. I'm very tight on cash right now, so I'm eating canned vegetables for dinner. Yummy. But
on the plus side, I've made my last payment to my current place, so I'll be saving over $200 every month on rent from now on.
I've created a new page based on the Little House book series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. It's mostly empty, but
it's a start.
Okay, Genocide will definitely be up tomorrow. I've just got a little more polish to put on it, and then it will be done. Bear with me.
For all of my Michigan readers, point your cursors over to this site: michigannative.com. Be sure to check out
the section on the Michigan accent, I never knew my speech was so wrong!

Added a new quiz, not my own design, but it's still good. Which OS are you?
I moved November to the Old News Page. The American new year is almost here already, seems like only a year ago it was
2002.
I'm still working on Genocide, and I should have a beta up tomorrow. I'm trying to make the game more exciting, because right now it's rather dull.
It looks as though "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" will be made into a proper movie. Check out the
official site for more details.

2003/12/01 |
The weekend was spent having fun and enjoying life.
Friday I ended up having to get a new tire (that part wasn't enjoyable).
Saturday, Bobby and I went to Grand Rapids to hang out with Katie and Nikia. We went rock climbing at Higher Ground. It
was a great workout and really left me sore. It was freezing that night, but we still went outside to have a nice bonfire. Fires are always good. Afterwards we
played dice and cards until the wee hours of the morning.
Sunday we watched the movie "Preaching to the Perverted" which was a decent movie about BDSM in England.
I've added a little more to the Narnia Page.
