The Wolfenstein series started with a popular game called Castle Wolfenstein back in 1981. This of course led to an extremely popular first-person shooter called Wolfenstein 3D that came out in 1992. The saga was kept alive in 2001 when Return to Castle Wolfenstein was released, and then a follow up called Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory came out in 2003. In each game you play an Allied soldier who is putting a hurt on the Nazis by blasting them up something fierce.
