Howard Warshaw

Howard Scott Warshaw has done many things in his time. He graduated from Tulane University with a computer engineering degree and went to work for Hewlett Packard. He didn't enjoy working there and through one of his co-workers heard of a company called Atari. After begging to get a chance he was hired and designed and developed three games for the Atari 2600, Yars' Revenge, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and E.T. All three of his games sold over a million copies each.

Haward left Atari near the end of 1984 because of Atari's crash due to poor management. He did many other works including photography, industrial robotics, teaching, writing, and the production of the miniseries "Once Upon Atari".
