The SWIV series started with a popular flying/driving scrolling shooter called Silkworm. Later games would drop the unusual name for more apropos titles like Firepower 2000 and Special Weapons Interdiction Vehicles. It follows the basic premise of a shooter (i.e. kill everything on the screen), but by adding the driving element and cooperative multi-player it added to the traditional feel. Individual Fonts G7 Silkworm TTF Genshichi Yasui ported the bitmap game font into this replica True Type font.
