The Rocky Horror Show was a critical flop on stage, and again in movie theatres. Apparently, very few people wanted to watch a movie about sweet transvestites from Transexual Transylvania. Fools, all of
them! Rocky Horror turned into one of the most popular cult-classics ever, spawning movies, sing-a-long albums, spin-offs, and of course videogames. The Rocky Horror Show was released as a videogame for the
Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, and Amstrad CPC to about equal success as the movie (i.e., none). In 1999, an adventure game was released on CD-ROM called The Rocky Horror Interactive Show, which is also a mere
footnote in gaming history.

ROCKY AOE

ROCKY AOE is very similar to the bloody letters seen in the title and credits of the Rocky Horror Show, along with the game boxes. It was created by Astigmatic One Eye.
