MS-DOS had a couple different fonts for the various supported resolutions over the years of the OS's evolution. Here are some of them.

Individual Fonts
PC Senior Regular
codeman38 matches each pixel of the PC Junior font that DOS used while in 320x200 resolution.
Perfect DOS VGA 437 Win
Zeh Fernando's font matches the text used by DOS and Windows as part of the original VGA codepage 437 (the Western codepage). This font is also used in Blue Screen of Death in the Windows 9x
series.
